Career Guidance and Counseling

We Provide students with personalized career guidance, helping them identify their skills, interests, and goals. We Conduct workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions on career planning, personal branding, and self-assessment. We stand on the front to support students in exploring diverse career paths and understanding industry trends.

Skill Development and Training

We offer certifications, workshops, and value-added programs aligned with industry requirements. We conduct soft skills training, resume writing, interview preparation, and aptitude development sessions. Ensuring students are equipped with the technical and interpersonal skills needed to excel in a competitive job market is our top priority.

Our three-day Outbound Learning Program at Pegasus offers MBA students a hands-on experience with management concepts. Led by retired armed forces officials, students engage in team-building, leadership development, and strategic thinking exercises, bridging the gap between theory and practical application in an immersive, dynamic environment.

    Application Process
    • Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and application guidelines with the Career Development Cell (CDC).
    • Students submit applications through the CDC or an online portal as per your requirements.
    Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
    • Schedule a session to introduce your organization, work culture, and job roles.
    • Highlight key opportunities, benefits, and growth prospects for students.
    Assessments
    • Conduct aptitude tests, technical assessments, or group discussions to shortlist candidates.
    • CDC will assist with logistics and communication during this phase.
    Interviews
    • Organize personal interviews (technical and HR) for shortlisted candidates.
    • Interview rooms and other facilities will be arranged by the CDC.
    Final Selections
    • Share the list of selected candidates with the CDC for further communication.
    • Offer letters can be issued directly or through the CDC to ensure proper documentation.

Profile of Training and Placement Head

Dr. Madhusudhan T K

  • Having around 4+ years of industry experience in sales and marketing, channel management, branding, team management, planning and resource allocation.
  • 8+ years of experience in academia to facilitate the students to understand the expectations of corporate and helping the students to bridge the gap between the corporate and the campus
  • Career counselling of students to understand the area of interest, guiding them in choosing the specialisation and helping them in acquiring new skills which is required to excel in the chosen domain.
  • Maintaining the professional relationship with the training partners to make sure that the knowledge to be acquired by all the students
  • Connect with the HRs of many companies to organise placement drives at the institution and make sure that the student who placed in the company should have smooth onboarding.

Placement Stats

Students’ performance has been increased due to specific training given on industry skill sets. TPC has shared platform specific practice tests to students, which has been regularly monitored is supported to raise in confidence level of the students.

We have adopted strong placement counselling in the system to improve the placement conversion, which has motivated each student to perform better. Industry Institution Interaction programs are adding value to system.
